For a lot of kids in foster care, turning 18 is the last page.

We give young adults leaving foster care and youth experiencing homelessness in Houston a safe home, steady people, and a plan for what comes next.

Who we're here for

Young people who are expected to have it all figured out, usually without anyone to call.

  • 18–22

Young adults aging out of foster care

Leaving the system and needing a safe place to live, guidance, and time to build independence.

  • 18–22

    Young adults experiencing homelessness

Without stable housing and needing somewhere to stay and a team to help them get back on their feet.

  • Under 18

    Teens who need someone early

Students facing housing instability or system involvement, reached through schools and mentors before a crisis hits.

What young people can count on from us

We'll ask what happened, not what's wrong.

Our care is trauma-informed. Safety and understanding come first.

It's your story.

Young people set their own goals. We help them get there.

We've been there.

Our mentors and staff include people who know the system from the inside.

We'll keep showing up.

Clear expectations, honest feedback, and support that doesn't quit.
